About the role:
The Group Marketing Manager is responsible for our Marketing Roadmap and for developing marketing concepts to launch group products, driving growth and brand positioning across our markets. You are an experienced B2B marketer and project leader with a strategic mindset and experience of developing successful Omni channel campaigns with a focus on digital. You will be responsible for a marketing budget, lead collaboration with external agencies and develop scalable marketing campaigns for our core products, ensuring maximum impact and conversion. In close collaboration with product owners you will implement and maintain a successful Go-To-Market process covering all customer segments. You will drive strategic marketing activities, interacting closely with the sales organisation and local marketing managers to ensure they get the right support and results. Contributing to raising performance of our digital channels and work with marketing, tech, product and design teams to optimize our efforts across the customer journey.
What is expected from you?
You have a broad experience in marketing, communication and/or digital and are passionate about the world of data, analytics and digitalization. As a person, you are business-oriented, collaborative, analytical and enjoys change. A skilled professional and problem-solver with a positive can-do attitude and experience from working in international environments, both independently and in cross-functional teams.
You have an academic degree in marketing, digital or a relevant field, excellent English language skills and bring +10 years of documented working experience. The role is located at our HQ in Stockholm, Sweden. We recruit and interview continuously, all applications are processed on a first come, first served basis.
